Having sourced, executed, and closed over $1.5 billion in transactions, his expertise includes residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in addition to loan acquisitions.

Prior to partnering with Broad Street Development to lead their acquisitions team, Matt was the Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at Dalan Management for 7 years, a leading national real estate investment firm with a cumulative market capitalization of approximately $3 billion. Matt played an integral role in sourcing, vetting, and identifying both real estate investment and debt acquisition opportunities and worked in partnership with institutional partners such as KKR and Bain Capital.   

Matt’s strategic and relationship driven approach to real estate investment and debt acquisitions has solidified his reputation as a trusted expert in the industry.
