Janet joined Broad Street in 2018 and serves as Controller. She graduated from SUNY Binghamton and has been working in commercial real estate for over 20 years. She has worked at SL Green, Lexington Realty Trust, Olnick Organization, and more. She is self-motivated, and has a great sense of ownership of what she does. "I feel Broad Street Development is very social & dynamic! The company has provided me a great deal of autonomy in how the accounting department should be operated, and therefore I get to wear many different hats". Janet loves doing a variety of different sports and enjoys the outdoors with her children on the weekends.
