Gayle Kennedy joined Broad Street Development in 2012.  She serves as the Director of Leasing, specifically overseeing the commercial property portfolio which currently consists of 370 Lexington Ave and 80 Broad Street.  Prior to this role, she served as Property Manager for the Residential Portfolio where she acted as the on-site decision maker in all aspects of leasing, building renovations, and tenant relations for over 400 units, generating a revenue of over $16MM annually.  She also assists with the due diligence on new acquisitions, playing an integral role in the purchases of 370 Lexington, 298 and 304 Mulberry Street, and the sale of 210 and 220 East 22^nd Street.  Prior to joining Broad Street, Gayle spent 6 years in the Marketing and Sales Department at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment.  Her strong customer service background, strategic sales and marketing experience, and people management skills make her a valuable asset to the leasing portfolio. Gayle graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and obtained her MBA from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.
